Submitting a membership application does not guarantee membership. Applications are reviewed and approved by PONZ at its discretion based on eligibility and organisational requirements. PONZ may request additional information if needed.

If you apply for or hold membership, PONZ may contact you about membership administration and relevant organisational updates. You can request to opt out of non-essential communications by replying to an email from PONZ or contacting ponzorg@gmail.com
5. Donations
Donations are processed via Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Unless required by law, donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except where a transaction was made in error or is unauthorised.
Recurring donations: If you choose a recurring donation, you may cancel future payments at any time by contacting ponzorg@gmail.com or by contacting Stripe.
